1. Mother Nature can be your best friend or your toughest opponent. Work

with her, not against her. Eat when hungry. Don’t eat when not hungry.

2. If you are craving breakfast, don’t eat lunch. Respect your body’s voice. It is

smarter than you.

3. Remember, nothing is fattening when you are hungry, and everything is

fattening when you are not.
