Take a bit of something you know you usually like when you aren’t hungry. Good, right. Still tasty. But then take a bite when you are really hungry. Fantastic, right? Taste buds singing and all of that.
Yes, this is Mother Natures gift to us. Use it!! Don’t waste eating when you aren’t truly hungry when if you just wait a bit, it will be so much better!
YOu will never gain weight eating while hungry. And if you limit your food intake to when you are truly hungry (which is fun) you will calmly slowly get to your ideal weight range.
Your body wants you in your ideal weight range- because, again your body is wise… And of course that ideal is different based on body type etc. If you try to get yourself to be a Dalmation when you were born a Yorkie, you will never be happy. Be what you are.
