Yes use your common sense! There is no way you can keep up with all of the “recommended” food. Dr. Oz has a new magic suggestion every day! If you followed his advice you would eat all the time! yes,
your common sense will guide you.

Of course, you must believe and understand that the reason you may over eat now is that you don’t stay in the present. You are constantly fearing another diet, or just “going off the wagon” and over eating because you have given up.

NO! Use your common sense and follow your body. If you worked out, of course you are going to crave more food. Don’t let that scare you! Just eat when you are hungry and as soon as the food isn’t as fabulous, start asking yourself if you could be happy and stop. Yes, it is an odd feeling at first. You are probably used to cleaning your plate. But you can get out of this habit and adopt a habit that allows your body to give you the guidance you need. And remember, if you stop eating and are hungry again soon…no problem, eat again. Once you start reconnecting eating with hunger, you will calm down. It is not being able to eat when you are hungry (like when you are on a diet) that perverts your relationship with food. Your body wants to protect you. No Food when hungry?? Your body goes on high alert…
