    Eating because you are going to work out or did work out will sabotage your efforts. It takes relatively small amounts of food to fuel you. (Unless you are an extreme athlete) Just use your hunger to guide you. “I should eat more because I ran” is not valid. Your body knows exactly how much you ran- right? Let it guide you. Reconnect with that wisdom. It is so much easier, and so much more effective.
