Looking outside of your body for the answer doesn’t work.
You are a unique person. And every day is unique. Some days you need more food, some days less. Some days you are more active. This uniqueness is good – it is what makes you, you. No diet will be able to account for all of this. But if you listen to your body, (I know you can’t hear it now, but it will get louder and louder) your body will guide you.
Does that seem strange, magical? It isn’t. It is very normal. Don’t you think Mother Nature gave you the tools you need to know what and when and how much to eat? Of course you have these tools! We have simply been trained to ignore our hunger. And to ignore our satiety. This has completely perverted our relationship with food…
