Your body is afraid of starving and you conserve calories. Your body’s voice gets quiet because you ignore it. You suffer extreme stress- which is toxic to not only your body, but to your soul
YOu can replace your diet mentality with a thin mentality. This involves normalizing your relationship with food. And this means, respond to hunger with enough food that you are no longer hunger, you feel happy, and no longer distracted by hunger. And respect your “not hungry” signals too.
Remember, food is fantastic when hungry. It is okay when not. Wait for fantastic. Hunger is always on its way.
