I don’t find that it does. I drink beer sometimes, champagne (my favorite) wine or an occasional cocktail. I think what makes my tummy stick out is eating when I’m not hungry and not paying attention to my body. I believe what Meg says, if you are hungry and you want an alcoholic beverage, have it and enjoy every swallow, and stop when you are satisfied. For me that’s usually less then a full beer, or even a full glass of wine.
